A new Arnold Schwarzenegger movie is expected to cause some upheaval in a Tucker neighborhood next week.
In the Tucker neighborhood near Lawrenceville Highway, loud chores such as vacuuming a car and mowing the lawn will be forbidden next week.
This street will be home to a Hollywood film set starring Arnold Schwarzenegger, Terrence Howard and Sam Worthington. The production company posted flyers on homes a few days ago.
"They said, if at all possible, try and keep the noise down to the bare minimum while they're filming," said Tony Lawince.
The transformation of this street is expected to begin sometime later this week. Residents have been told shooting will last two days and they've already been given instructions.
"They would really appreciate any loud dogs or yard work to be done on a different day," said Lorri Reynolds.
One homeowner says filming will actually take place inside her house.
Despite the inconvenience of not being able to play or make noise outside, those who live in the area say they don't mind too much.
"It's quite amazing that this little street could be picked for possibly a blockbuster film," said Lawince.
Police officers will also be posted in the neighborhood to prevent anyone who doesn't live in the community from coming in.
