Hulk Hogan arrived in silence to a press conference Monday. He left the gathering, surrounded by media, again not saying a word.
In his wrestling prime, "The Hulkster" let his "24 inch pythons" do the talking. Monday, though, it was his lawyers' turn.
"Hulk Hogan filed two lawsuits today in Tampa, Florida," said attorney Charles Harder.
Both civil suits are in response to a recently released tape showing Hogan, whose real name is Terry Bollea, having sex with the wife of his friend, and radio personality "Bubba the Love Sponge."
It's believed Bubba gave his blessing to the illicit encounter.
Hogan says he didn't know about a secret camera taping the whole thing.
Bubba and Clem are named defendants in the first suit because Hogan believes they knowingly taped him and released the video.
"The actions of the defendants was illegal, it was outrageous and it exceeded the bounds of human decency," Harder said.
According to Bubba's lawyer, he cannot comment on the case because of his divorce agreement with Clem, but he says the radio DJ would never do anything to harm Hogan, who he calls his best friend.
Hogan and his lawyers also set their sights on the website Gawker, where the video is currently being broadcast.
"His legal counsel demanded repeatedly that Gawker remove that video from its website; Gawker refused to do so," said Harder. "The lawsuit against Gawker seeks damages in the amount of $100 million."
Both suits request that Hogan is awarded the tape, so it can be destroyed.
His lawyers also had a stern warning for anyone other group who might have thoughts of posting the now infamous video.
"We have plenty of room on the front page of this complaint to add your name and we certainly will," said lawyer David Houston.
Don't expect any criminal charges in this case.
This encounter was taped some six years ago and according to the St. Petersburg Police Department, that's outside of the statute of limitations on a case like this they can only reach back four years.
