Army National Guard soldiers return home from Afghanistan

WASHINGTON -

It was an emotional day at the D.C. Armory on Sunday. Approximately 70 soldiers of the D.C. Army National Guard's 273rd Military Police Battalion returned home from a 10-month deployment to Afghanistan. Family members and loved ones were there to greet them.
