Freeze Warnings, Frost Advisories In Effect

The cold weather is upon us as the National Weather Service has issued freeze warnings and watches for parts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey for this weekend.

A freeze warning is in effect from 2 a.m. until 9 a.m. Saturday for Berks, Bucks, Chester, Lancaster and Montgomery Counties in Pennsylvania.

The National Weather Service says temperatures are expected to drop down to the mid 20s to around 30 degrees.

In New Jersey, a freeze watch has turned into a warning in effect for Atlantic, Burlington, Cumberland and Ocean counties, with temperature expected to drop into the 30s.

Frost advisories are also in effect for several other counties throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware.
