So, when it comes to dating, usually we hear from the ladies.

But in the last year or so, we've started hearing a lot more from the men on this topic. The fact is, many them also want to make a love connection.

And if you need a little help, there's a book you may want to pick up.

It's called: "it's complicated: but it doesn't have to be."

Paul Carrick Brunson is the author, and he's also the host of "Lovetown, USA," which airs on the OWN Network. And, if that weren't enough, he's also a professional matchmaker, certified life coach.

The joined FOX 29's Karen Hepp and guest host QDeezy, of Hot 107.9-FM, for a live interview in the "Good Day" studio on Friday morning.

Among the tips that they discussed were:

  • Hold up a mirror and point your finger;
  • Identify a love mentor;
  • Surround yourself with new people;
  • Drop 10 percent of your friends;
  • And expect love to come in unexpected packages.
