PHILADELPHIA -

A deliciously controversial United States Patent and Trademark decision has prompted a famous Philly cheesteak shop to take its fight to court.

Campo's, located on Market Street in Philly's Old City neighborhood, wants to trademark the slogan "Philadelphia's Cheesesteak."

However, the Patent and Trademark office denied the owner's application.

Owners say they will appeal the decision.

The shop has been around since 1947.
