A judge is expected to hear arguments Thursday on a lawsuit that demands Metro post controversial signs in the transit system.
         
The ads say "In Any War Between The Civilized Man And The Savage... Support The Civilized Man... Support Israel... Defeat Jihad."
         
Creator, Pamela Gellar, sued to force New York's Transportation Authority to allow the ads.
         
Gellar is a blogger who fought against building an Islamic center near ground zero.
