Boil water alert in effect for Purcellville - DC Breaking Local News Weather Sports FOX 5 WTTG

A boil water alert is now in effect for residents of Purcellville, Virginia after a water main broke Tuesday morning.

The Virginia Department of Health is advising all residents to boil their water for drinking and other uses until health officials determine the water is safe to drink.

Tests were conducted, and the results should be available by Thursday.
