The prosecutor's office says he passed out in the rear of a Haddon Township Police vehicle and died despite police efforts to perform CPR.

He was pronounced dead at our Lady of Lourdes Medical Center in Camden.

Police say two officers responded to reports of a disorderly person at the Crown Fried Chicken on Mount Ephraim Avenue in Haddon Township around 1:30 a.m. Saturday morning.

According to police, employees at the restaurant called 911 because they said Norman was threatening customers and damaging restaurant property.
