Pepco and union leaders headed back to the negotiating table Friday.
         
They are at odds over a new contract.
         
On Wednesday, the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers rejected what Pepco called its final contract offer.
         
The talks are expected to continue through the weekend.
         
The biggest concern for the union is over proposed changes Pepco wants to make to workers health and welfare plans.
