More commonly referred to as Mums

They are a beautiful way to seasonally accent your lawn, garden, etc.

Thrive in full sun (4 or more hours of direct sunlight daily)

Available in all the rich fall tones: Burgundy, Yellow, Burnt Orange

Mums bloom for weeks at a time

Enjoy their showy nature for an extended period of time

It's almost as if mums are "showing off"

Great for lining walkways and edging

Provide that pop that your garden has been missing


·    Pansies

An annual flower (replant each fall)

Last fall through winter

Thrive in full sun (4 or more hours of direct sunlight daily) but can take partial sun

Available in nearly every color under the sun: Red, orange, yellow, purple, white, two-tone colors

·    Uses for Pansies
Pansies can be used just about anywhere that needs a pop of color

Container gardens, walkways, borders and more

Hallow out a pumpkin and plant pansies directly in the pumpkin

Makes a great centerpiece for a party and then can be placed back outside

Pansies are technically an edible flower (although they probably don't taste that great)

The key to consistent blooms is keeping your garden watered

If your flowers start to droop, water them a little more often
