Posted: Updated:
ATLANTA -

Police have arrested man they believe is responsible for over 70 incidents of graffiti vandalism.

Cory Harris, 21, of Stone Mountain, was arrested by the Atlanta Police Department earlier this month after officers witnessed him "tagging" train cars in the CSX rail yard near Seaboard Avenue. They say 15 cars with "tagged" with his moniker "CUR."

Investigators determined that Harris had "tagged" several other locations in Fulton and DeKalb counties. Both took out arrest warrants for him on multiple charges ranging from Criminal Damage to Property to Trespassing.

Harris was booked into the DeKalb County Jail.

This is the latest arrest resulting from investigations targeting graffiti.

Police say six repeat graffiti vandals have been convicted on city charges in the last year.
