Sports Director Scott Smith joined the FOX 5 family in September 2012. Along with anchoring sports on weeknights, you can catch Scott hosting Redskins pre & post-game shows & Sunday night's "Sports Extra."
Before coming to the Nation's Capital, Scott spent time in Phoenix, Tulsa, and his native San Francisco Bay Area. A graduate of Harding University, he also played football for the Bison.
When he's not covering the DC sports scene, Scott enjoys spending time with his wife Carina, being involved in his church and playing golf.
