WHEATON, Md. -

31-year-old Martire Puente-Fulcar is wanted by Montgomery County police after the woman he lives with was found dead in the stairwell of their Wheaton apartment building.

Police were called to the 2200 block of Georgian Way about 3:30 Saturday morning after neighbors reported an altercation.

Police say the couple lived with three children and one of those children was Fulcar's.

Fulcar is 6'1, weighs 190 pounds and was last seen wearing an orange shirt with tan pants. Police say he may be driving a black, newer model Ford Edge with temporary Maryland tags T558404.
