Solicitor wants special prosecutor to investigate DeKalb commissioner

DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. -

The DeKalb County solicitor wants a special prosecutor to investigate possible charges against DeKalb County Commissioner Stan Watson.

Police caught Watson drinking and driving in July, but he was not arrested.

FOX 5 Senior I-Team reporter Dale Russell, who was first to report the evidence in the case earlier this week, says the case is far from over.
