Good Day Chicago salutes Thornton High School quarterback Jowahn Brown as this week's Prep Star.
Jowahn lead the Cats to a wild 49-42 victory over Lincoln Way North in Harvey Saturday throwing five touchdowns in the process including the game-winner with 16 seconds to go.
In four games this year, Jowahn has already thrown for 13 touchdown passes and just under a thousand yards to spark the Cats to a three and one record.
Long time Thornton coach Bill Mozell tells me Jowahn is being pursued by a number of colleges including Northwestern, Wisconsin, and Vanderbilt. Our congrats to Jowahn!
