WASHINGTON, DC -
Councilmember Michael Brown is back in the news again. This time it's not about money missing from his campaign account, instead about his driving record. The Washington Post published this story about Brown's driving record over the weekend.
FOX 5 went to Brown's office to seek comment about the Washington Post report. Councilmember Brown didn't want to speak about his past driving record. He told reporters, "If you are here to talk about jobs and housing I'm glad to talk about it. Anything else, I'm not interested in talking about."
Brown did briefly speak about his current driving habits. "Trust me, if you see me now on the belt or southeast/southwest freeway, you'll see me in the middle land or the far left land, people buzzing by me," said Brown.
