Residents told to stay inside after District shooting

WASHINGTON -

An overnight shooting in the District remains a concern for neighbors Monday morning.

An 18 year-old was shot in the 1300 block of Congress Street in the southeast just after midnight.

Investigators were still on the scene Monday morning and some residents were being told to stay in their homes.
