DC Police looking to identify suspect in sexual assault

WASHINGTON -

D.C. Police are looking to identify a suspect sought in a sexual assault while armed of a victim in Northeast D.C. Thursday night.

Police say the sexual assault occurred around 11:18 p.m. in the 1300 block of 45th Place.

Police have released video of the suspect exiting a train at the Deanwood Metro station and then following the victim through the station's tunnel.

Police say he is described as a black male in his early-to-mid-20s, 5'7" tall, 160 pounds, with a medium complexion. During the incident, he was wearing a white polo shirt with a dark horizontal stripe across the middle, and khaki pants.
