Vineyard worker injured after falling into bin

Authorities say a worker at a Maryland vineyard sustained life-threatening injuries after falling into a bin where grapes are stored.

The incident happened around 8:30 a.m. at the Sugarloaf Mountain Vineyard in Dickerson, Md.

The circumstances surrounding the accident are unknown.

The worker was flown by Medivac chopper to a nearby trauma center.
