Alexia Sikora - DC Breaking Local News Weather Sports FOX 5 WTTG

My name is Alexia Sikora and I am a senior in the School of Public Affairs double majoring in Political Science and CLEG (Communications, Law, Economics, Government).

I am originally from Yonkers, New York a suburb just outside of NYC but was led to D.C. to pursue my passion for politics and law. I have had opportunities to understand our political system through my coursework as well as internships.

I have interned on Capitol Hill for Congresswomen Nita Lowey (NY-18) allowing me to see that communication is just as important as policy issues.

My post graduation plans include law school and I am currently studying for the LSAT. I am looking forward to voting in my first presidential election.
