Lindsay Sandoval - DC Breaking Local News Weather Sports FOX 5 WTTG

Lindsay Sandoval is a sophomore from Boulder, Colorado pursuing a double major in Public Communication and American Studies.

A lifelong political junkie, she is eager to cover this dynamic election from a student's perspective. Outside of school, Lindsay has published articles for American Way of Life –American University's progressive magazine – and works with the activist group, Women's Initiative.

Immersing herself in city life, Lindsay enjoys exploring different areas if DC by volunteering with non-profit organizations, such as the Capital Area Food Bank and Loaves and Fishes.

In her free time, Lindsay enjoys museum-hopping and finding the best cup of coffee in DC.
