Christine Freeberg - DC Breaking Local News Weather Sports FOX 5 WTTG

Christine Freeberg is a senior in the School of Communication at American University. She is pursuing a major in Print Journalism and a minor in Political Science.

Christine transferred to AU In 2011 after graduating from Luzerne County Community College in Nanticoke, PA with an Associate's Degree in Journalism. While attending school there, she worked as a correspondent for The Weekender, a weekly arts and entertainment newspaper.

At AU, Christine is a member of the College Republicans. In 2008, she was an active volunteer for the John McCain campaign and is currently volunteering with Mitt Romney's campaign. After graduation, she hopes to continue working in political campaigns while attending graduate school.
