Small ravioli filled with truffled Taleggio cheese Fonduta, sautéed forest mushrooms, asparagus, truffle cream and Parmesan cheese.
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup chopped Asparagus
1/4 cup sautéed mushrooms
1 1/4 cup heavy cream
1/4 Parmesan cheese
2 tsp. truffle oil
rosemary salt to taste
Heat oil in saute pan.
Add asparagus and mushrooms.
When vegetables are softened add heavy cream.
Add cheese and stir.
Season and add Truffle oil.
