WASHINGTON -
Red Line service was off to a slow start Monday after crews working on the tracks were late clearing the area for the morning rush.
Service between Fort Totten and NoMa-Gallaudet was delayed. Metro said service began to operate in the area shortly before 6:00 a.m.
Buses were being used to transport passengers during the disruption.
