Maryland State Police have issued a Maryland AMBER Alert on behalf of the Prince George's County Police Department for a one-year-old boy.
Authorities are searching for Cesar Steven Martinez, who is allegedly abducted by Julio Cesar Arriaza, the father of the child.
Arriaza was operating a green 2006 Chevy Equinox SUV with Maryland tag 7AG6950 last seen near Nimitz Road in District Heights, Md. on Tuesday.
The one-year-old Martinez is described as Hispanic, weighing 18 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
Arriaza is described as Hispanic, 5'4" tall, 150 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
