Montgomery County Police have released a sketch of a possible suspect of a rape in Gaithersburg in July.
Police say the rape occurred on July 9 at around 5 p.m. in Green Farm Conservation Park in the 8700 block of Snouffer School Road.
Police say a 21-year-old woman reported that she was at a lake to the rear of the Hadley Farms community pool in the park when she was attacked and sexually assaulted by an unknown male. The suspect was armed with a knife.
The suspect was last seen leaving the park on foot in the direction of Brenish Drive, according to police.
The suspect is described as a Hispanic male, late teens to early 20s, 5'4″ to 5'7″ tall, weighing 120 to 140 pounds.
