GAITHERSBURG, Md -
As you may know - August is fair season.
So if you're in the mood for fried food and family fun - you'll want to catch the Montgomery County Agricultural Fair running all this week.
Holly shows us a preview of some of the things you'll see when you attend. From the Cow Milking Parlor to the new QR Codes to help you navigate the fair.
The Montgomery County Agricultural Fair was born out of the desire of 4-H leaders to provide a county show for the 4-H members in Montgomery County to exhibit their prize livestock, garden and home economics projects. Their initial meeting on a cold, March night in Rockville in 1945 started what today is the largest county fair in the State of Maryland.
