ARLINGTON, Va. -
Arlington County Police say they are investigating two suspicious deaths at an apartment building after the bodies were found by a maintenance worker.
Police spokesman Dustin Sternbeck says they received a 911 call about 10 a.m. Tuesday reporting that bodies had been found in an apartment building in the 1900 block of North Culpeper Street.
The deaths are being investigated as suspicious by homicide detectives. Police identified the two men as 59-year-old Keefe Spriggs Sr. of Arlington and 31-year-old Carl Moten of no fixed address.
Arlington County had not had a homicide since March 2010 until late last month, when two separate slayings were reported.
