DC man, James Caroline, charged in Va. jewelry store killing - DC Breaking Local News Weather Sports FOX 5 WTTG

Arlington County police say a DC man has been charged in the killing of an Arlington jewelry store owner.

Police say James Sylvester Caroline of Washington was charged Friday with murder in the death of 52-year-old Tommy Wong last week. Wong was found dead inside the store after family members called police because he hadn't returned home.

Caroline was arrested Wednesday for a probation violation. Police say Caroline is being held without bond in the Arlington County Detention Facility.
