Think Detroit Pal teamed up with the men's lacrosse team at University of Detroit Mercy for a three-day lacrosse camp aimed at introducing Detroit youth to a new sport.
"It's really cool," said 12-year-old camper Anthony Canapini.
Some campers who attended received exposure to the sport for the first time. Plus, campers were provided with free equipment.
FOX 2's Woody Woodriffe paid a visit to the campus. Click the video player to hear what else the campers had to say.
