He says he and his wife have beensitting outside lately during the early evening -- and writes, "We haveseen a number of weather balloons that are traveling at extremely high altitudesfrom east to west. One night this week we saw four of them in the sky at thesame time. Where are the balloons launched, how high are they when we see them,and do they burst eventually or just keep floating?"
