Man suspected in Maryland shooting plot could be held for a week

Authorities say Neil Edwin Prescott could be held for a week in the hospital for evaluation before they decide whether to file criminal charges.

Police arrested the 28-year-old early Friday after allegedly threatening a former supervisor.

Officers say they found dozens of weapons and thousands of rounds of ammunition in the suspect's Crofton apartment.
