The founder of one of the biggest swimming clubs in the country is facing a hearing for allegations of sexual misconduct 23-years ago.

Rick Curl stepped-down last week as head of the "Curl-Burke Swim Club" in Fairfax County.

The club also has pools all around Virginia, Maryland and the District.

A 43- year old woman says he had sex with her starting when she was 13-years old and he reportedly paid her family $150,000 in hush-money.
