A Pennsylvania woman is finally safe after being trapped in her basement for three days.
Authorities say the woman went downstairs to check on a circuit breaker Sunday when the stairs collapsed.
Investigators believe her sump pump broke because she landed in about four feet of water, sewage and heating oil.
The woman was found after a friend who hadn't heard from her went to the house.
It took a dive crew nearly four hours to rescue the woman.
