A Rochester Hills man, accused of reading his wife's email, is exonerated.

Leon walker was accused of breaking into his wife's account without her permission. Walker said, he was trying to find out if she was having an affair.

Charges are now dropped, after it was learned that Walker's wife had read text messages on her husband's phone.

On Thursday, prosecutors also dropped a charge against Walker of trying to gain access to a confidential law enforcement database. He was accused of trying, unsuccessfully, to hack into the Oakland County Court computer system.
