A newly single mother of two has come up with a very unique marketing approach to sell the home she once shared with her ex-husband.

A Beaverton woman hopes a unique for sale sign helps lead to the sale of her home.

Elle Zober has been getting a lot of attention for the eye-catching sign she posted in the front yard of the couple's Beaverton home Friday morning.

"Husband left us for a 22-year-old," the sign reads. "House for sale by scorned, slightly bitter, newly single owner."

The sign lists contact information along with a website Zober created.

"Adulterers need not apply," the sign adds.

"I want everyone to know I am hurt. I am scorned. I am bitter. I am sad," said Zober.

She said she just got divorced from her husband of 10 years. For the past seven years, the couple shared the three-bedroom house with their two young children. The marriage fell apart a few months ago after Zober said her husband had an affair with another woman.

"No one was more shocked than me! I didn't not see it coming," she said.

Zober's website, www.greatfamilyhome.com, has pictures of the house and more information about what led up to her divorce.

Surprisingly, Zober said her ex-husband not only knows about the sign she made, but he approved it.
