A garage attendant's big mistake was caught on camera in New York.

Video shows a car after it had plunged 40-feet down an elevator shaft, injuring 'two' people on the street.

Firefighters cut the driver out of the Lexus using the Jaws of Life.

The driver, a parking attendant, drove the car onto the elevator -- only the lift was not there.

The Lexus plummeted from the fifth floor but luckily no one was seriously hurt.
