Cops ID biker after speeding video posted online - DC Breaking Local News Weather Sports FOX 5 WTTG

Video of a biker ride reaching speeds of nearly 200 miles per hour down a busy highway in British Columbia was posted online in April and has more than one-million views!

Among those viewers - the police - who have finally identified the rider as 25-year-old randy George Scott.

Officers are now filing charges against Scott and have added him to the most wanted fugitive list.

Video shows Scott weaving in an out of cars on a road that had a posted speed limit of 50 miles per hour.
