Faical Chebbi (FBI)The FBI announced Wednesday the addition of Faical Chebbi to the Washington Field Office's Wanted Fugitives list. Chebbi is a former Prince George's County resident and is a dual citizen of the U.S. and Tunisia.
On November 11, 2011, the FBI says Chebbi abducted his children, Eslam and Zainab, to Tunisia.
The children's mother, Edeanna Chebbi, was awarded full legal and physical custody in their U.S. divorce, but the father had regular visitation rights.
The FBI says Chebbi committed international parental kidnapping, and right now, their mother is in Tunisia working through the court system there to win guardianship rights of the children and return them to the U.S.
