SMYRNA, Ga. -

Crews are scattered throughout metro Atlanta, cleaning up trees and debris from Tuesday night's storms. Smyrna was especially hard hit, where several homeowners saw damage from the violent weather.

Downed trees in a neighborhood off Church Road hit one home off Foxwood Trail, and a home on Woodview Court was severely damaged by a falling tree.

"When I came here I was kind of shocked," said Isais Arce of Atlanta Tree Arbors. "The whole tree was uprooted and took out the whole back of the house. Lots of damage. I am talking maybe $30,000 to $40,000 worth of damage."

Arce says Tuesday night's storms will keep his crews busy for the next two weeks. He says they have crews working damage from Interstate 20 to Gwinnett County.
