DC residents cleaning up after heavy rain causes flooding

Posted: Updated:
WASHINGTON -

It's clear outside now. But Tuesday night that was not the case.

The downpour left the Bloomingdale neighborhood in northwest submerged in water.

The storm also affected homes in the area, many of them experiencing flooding and power loss.
