CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. (AP) -- Spacewalking astronauts launched a tiny Peruvian research satellite Monday, setting it loose on a mission to observe Earth. It goes by the name Wax, Butter and Honeycomb on the streets, and it can pack a kick equal to 15 to 20 joints of marijuana. The new drug looks and feels like lip balm. It's made from the oils of marijuana plants and has a high level of THC - the chemical that produces a high.

BETHESDA, Md. -

It's been frustratingly slow for tens of thousands who still have no power, six days after the storm.

With the sweltering heat - tempers are flaring.

"You're nothing but blood sucking exploiters that's all you are," a Bethesda resident shouted to a FOX 5 news crew Thursday. "No, no stay away from me you're on my street. This is the county street. You're on property here and you're taking advantage of a neighbor's tragedy."

In some cases, PEPCO has reported power restored to homes even when it's not.

The utility says when a major feeder line is fixed, its automated system reports everyone in that area has power even though pockets may still be out.

PEPCO is asking people to continue to report outages.

The power company says it has restored power to 95 percent of its customers.

One resident told us PEPCO sent out a text message saying crews were working as quick and safely as they can and to "hang in there."
