One killed in early morning accident on Baltimore-Washington Par - DC Breaking Local News Weather Sports FOX 5 WTTG

All lanes of northbound Baltimore–Washington Parkway have reopened after an early morning accident left one person dead.

Police say the accident happened shortly before 4:30 a.m. near Rt. 193 when the driver of a vehicle pulled over and exited the car. Officers say the driver and a passenger planned to switch positions.

That vehicle was struck by a passing vehicle.

One person was killed and another was injured.

The investigation is continuing.
