A New Jersey man arrested five times on Driving While Intoxicated charges in just over five weeks is now back in jail.
Anderson Sotomayor, 45, of Vineland, has been arrested for his sixth DWI offense after police say he was seen throwing a beer can out his car window while driving.
Sotomayor posted $20,000 bail on Monday after spending a month behind bars as a result of a drug found in his possession during his fifth recent DWI arrest in May.
