Ingredients:
2T cooking oil
1/8C peas
1/8C sweet corn
1 stalk of scallions
1 egg
1/8 C sausage
10 shrimps
2C cooked rice
3T soy sauce
Fresh ground pepper
Directions:
In a sauté pan heat cooking oil then add shrimp to cook with sausages. Add diced scallions, peas, corn and egg to scramble. Combine the ingredients then add the cooked rice in and mix thoroughly. Finish it off by adding some fresh ground pepper and soy sauce.
