Police are looking for a bicycle bandit who is robbing and choking his female victims in a popular South Philadelphia neighborhood.
On Tuesday afternoon, police released surveillance video on their You tube channel that shows the suspect riding a bicycle on Catherine Street in Queen Village.
On 6/17 and 6/18, the suspect robbed two women between the hours of 6am and 8am.
Police describe the suspect as a black male in his early 20's. He stands 5'8" to 5'10" tall and has a medium build. He is riding a mountain bike.
