Fairfax County police are investigating a death in Reston after being called for a report of a fight andthen searching for a missing person.
Police were called to the area of Winterthur Lane in Reston early Saturday morning. Officers did not find a fight at the location as reported by phone. But about an hour later, there was a missing person report at Hunter Woods Plaza.
An investigation led the officers back to the Winterthur lane location. That's where they found a body with trauma to the upper body.
Police are identifying the victim as 40-year-old Bharat Patel of Reston.
The cause of death has not been released.
Police have released a sketch of the suspect. He is described as an Indian male, 25-35 years old; around 5'5 with a thin build and wearing a gray long sleeve shirt with
a thin orange stripe down the sleeves and blue jeans.
