TEMPLE HILLS, Md. -

A quick arrest was made following a shooting at the Southern Avenue Metro Station.

Harold Detter was shot and killed Tuesday in a bus bay at the station.

Witnesses say the man who pulled the trigger said just one word, ‘move' before shooting Detter in the head.

Police say 32-year-old Norman Bonds is now facing first degree murder charges.

His sister told FOX 5 that Bonds has a history of mental illness.

He also has a lengthy criminal past.
