Detroit Crime: Is it Time For Vigilante Justice?

A famous pastor gets carjacked in broad daylight. Does that mean it's time for vigilante justice? If not, what is the solution to stop violent crime in Detroit?

On another round of Fox 2's Let it Rip, Huel Perkins leads a panel discussion on the recent gas station robbery of Pastor Marvin Winans, who had his $40,000 Rolex Watch and $72,00 burgundy Infiniti QX56 stolen.  Winans was punched, kicked and had his pants ripped apart as a group of thieves took his wallet as well.  What happens now that a rich and famous person gets attacked?  Should there be mandatory security at gas stations?  And what actions should the citizens of the city take?
